USA- LA, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville

Being home for three weeks is exactly what my soul needed. I could not have asked for a better time home. Well except maybe for not having half my toenail cut off, but all is well with that too. I got to see so many people and eat so many things. Yes, I ate so much that I gained 15 pounds.

Week 1-
I cannot tell you how I feel, when I land in LA and see the American Flag with the words WELCOME HOME! It brings tears to my eyes every time. I feel so fortunate for the opportunity to go live across the world, and be able to always come HOME!

So my first week home was jammed pack. Here is a glimpse at what happened in week 1.
The other side of the Pacific Ocean.
Ate Sushi, had my first Starbucks, walked the Santa Monica Pier, hugged my Mom, picked up my neice and squeezed the hell out of her, saw the BUFFS, ate Chilis with the best people in my life, spent mother's day with the family and Jamie, went to the walk in clinic, had a coffee date with mom, went shopping, went to target like 10 times, taught mom how to use her new iPad, ate steak and fries, shopping, went to DISNEY WORLD, met Mickey again, ate dinner with the characters, rode Space Mountain twice, swam in the pool, the kids first time to Hollywood Studios, met Olaf, made a Light Saber, the kids became Jeti's, Steven order Pizza, 69 Dollars????, ate buffalo chicken dip with my Best Friend and the best neighbors a girl could ask for.
Couldn't believe I saw this in LA!

 Week 3
My last week home was a little calmer. I did take my dad to a doctor's appointment and my grandmother to the hospital for a procedure. However, I did make the best out my last days. Here are a few things I did. Took the kids to school late, watched the kids skate, went bowling with my dad, played puzzles with my grandma, watch the lightning play in the playoffs, ate Tijuana Flats, went to a Japanese Steakhouse, went shopping, packed, Beef O' Bradys, met the Buff's men, small group dinner with powerful prayer, breakfast with Tiffany, shopping and lunch with Julie, drank a Strawberry shake from Parksdale Farm, had lunch with Diana and met her three beautiful girls, last night in Tampa ate a Chilis one more time with my Uncle and sister.
Baby Hazel!

The best small group a girl could ask for!

Hollywood Walk of Fame

We had another 12 hour layover in LA, so we went to In and Out, watched Alice through the Looking Glass at the Chinese Theatre, and walk down Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Being home was amazing! I miss home a lot. I really miss my family. But I am happy to be back in Vanuatu and finish what I started. I know these last 8 months are going to fly by. I am so thankful for everyone at home taking great care of me. I am sorry for anyone that I did not get to see. It was a busy three weeks. I will be home soon. If anyone wants to come and visit, you only have 8 months left. It will be a trip of a lifetime. Just let me know.

Till next time Tampa!

18 months in and 8 months left :)

P.S. I need some letters and small packages.
